Click “Book a Viewing” on the property page — one of our team will get in touch to arrange a time that works for you.
We offer flexible viewing appointments, including evenings and weekends, to fit around your studies.
Love the property and want to secure it?
To reserve, we will ask for:
✔ An application form from each tenant
✔ A deposit
Once received, the property is removed from the market while we begin the referencing process.
We’ll send you the full terms and conditions — make sure you read these before paying your deposit.
We work with an independent referencing agency who will check:
Tenant details
Guarantor confirmation
Basic credit & suitability checks
Right to rent check and sanction checks
Once referencing is approved and the landlord agrees — you’re all set to move forward! ✅
All documents are sent securely online for you and your guarantor to sign.
You’ll need:
✔ A valid email address
✔ Online access to review and sign documents
The tenancy agreement clearly explains the responsibilities of both tenants and landlords.
An inventory will be completed at or shortly before check-in.
This details the condition and contents of the property.
Review it carefully and let us know if anything doesn’t match what you see.
Around 2–3 weeks before move-in, we’ll get in touch to arrange your check-in date.
During check-in we will:

🛠️ Show how to report maintenance issues
⚡ Help you with utility registration
💳 Confirm your first rent payment details
Rent is displayed monthly or weekly for convenience.
Weekly prices shown are for comparison only:
(Monthly Rent x 12) ÷ 52
Some properties offer term-time instalment plans aligned with student loan dates — please check your tenancy agreement for details.
