- To help prevent scams we will delete any advert where it is reported to us that an advertiser seeks a deposit from a tenant prior to their viewing a property. Advertisers are warned not to ask for deposits in advance of property viewings or their advert will be deleted. Tenants should be aware of potential scam advertisers as Mystudentlet cannot verify the validity of and adverts placed.
