Legal compliance MyStudentLet properties adhere to requirements and standards required in a student accommodation. Every House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) will have safety features such as mains wired smoke detectors, Gas Safety and Electrical safety certificates and much more. Deposit Protection Prior to the commencement of the tenancy a deposit is collected from each tenant. Landlords are legally required to protect tenants’ deposits under an insured or custodial Government Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). We’re members of TDS and all deposits we take on behalf of our landlords are protected in this way so your deposit is safe.

24 hr Maintenance reporting Our unique online maintenance reporting system means tenants can report faults immediately allowing tenants to be updated and progress to be tracked 24 hours a day.
