We have services packages to suit every landlord, from Let Only our tenant introductory service for those landlords who prefer the hands-on approach – right through to full management, designed to give you peace of mind knowing your investment is in safe hands. 
 
Landlords opting for our rent collection PLUS and property management services will benefit from convenient BACS payments directly into your account and our online maintenance reporting system keeping you up to date with maintenance and repairs.

Flexible opening hours

We're open at times to suit you, convenient for viewings and validations after work and at weekends. Our general opening hours are 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday however, during our busiest periods during December- February and July- October we extend our opening times to suit the needs of our clients. In addition all Tenants and Landlords are provided with an out of hours number should they have an emergency or require to contact a member of staff.
 
Our longer opening hours are essential - over 80% of viewings are carried out after work and at weekends.
 

Professional Tenants

As well as students we also manage several multi-occupancy professional lets whereby enterprises such as Rolls-Royce, Goodwood and local hospitals require accommodation for many of their employees and post-graduates.
