Deposit and Rent

Prior to the commencement of the tenancy a deposit is collected from each tenant and a check in appointment is made. Upon signing all tenancy documents and collect of keys, the rent is collected and standing orders are set up. Landlords are legally required to protect tenants’ deposits under an insured or custodial Government Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). We’re members of TDS and all deposits we take on behalf of our landlords are protected in this way at no additional cost.
